Each piece begins in our design studio — skilled designers translate market trends and client briefs into detailed CAD blueprints and hand sketches. New designs are tested for market viability before entering production.
Approved designs move to wax modelling, where master craftsmen create precise wax prototypes. These are then cast using vacuum or centrifugal casting to produce the raw gold framework.
Each cast piece undergoes hand filing, grinding, and surface preparation by skilled artisans, removing any casting imperfections and achieving the exact weight and dimension specifications.
For engraved and stone-set designs, our artisans use precision engraving tools and traditional hand techniques to add intricate surface detail that machines simply cannot replicate.
Multi-stage polishing — from coarse buffing to mirror-finish polishing — ensures a brilliant surface quality. Rhodium or anti-tarnish plating is applied as required by design specification.
